Ginu George
Ginu George is a seasoned enterprise technology and business transformation leader with over 22 years of experience at the intersection of product management, procurement innovation, and behavioural data sciences. With a career spanning global consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies, Ginu has successfully led digital initiatives, platform strategies, and data-driven procurement transformations across finance, technology, and public sector landscapes.
Ginu has held leadership and strategic roles with Ernst & Young, Dell Inc., Deloitte Australia, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, driving enterprise-scale change and enabling operational resilience through a blend of systems thinking, behavioural insights, and future-focused technology adoption. He is passionate about building future-ready enterprises that harness data, design, and human insight to navigate complexity and create lasting value.
Ginu holds an MPhil in Futures Studies, is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, and is a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). He translated his PhD research into sustainability products that now form the core of SYNE Group’s business.
