Ginu George
Ginu George is a seasoned enterprise technology and business transformation leader with over 22 years of experience at the intersection of product management, procurement innovation, and behavioural data sciences. With a career spanning global consulting firms and Fortune 500 companies, Ginu has successfully led digital initiatives, platform strategies, and data-driven procurement transformations across finance, technology, and public sector landscapes.
Ginu has held leadership and strategic roles with Ernst & Young, Dell Inc., Deloitte Australia, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, driving enterprise-scale change through a blend of systems thinking, behavioural insights, and future-focused technology adoption.
Ginu holds an MPhil in Futures Studies, is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). He translated his PhD research into sustainability products that now form the core of SYNE Group’s business.
